And surely We have established you on earth, and We have made for your livelihood, a few of you are grateful.
It is told in verses 20: 124-126: "Whoever neglects the Book Dhikree, indeed he has a narrow life in this world, and he will be summoned as blind on the Day of Judgment. He will ask: ‘My Lord! I had eyesight in the previous life, then why did you resurrect me as a blind?’ Lord will reply: ‘Just like that My verses came to you, but you forgot them, just like that you are also forgotten today'". The Fujjar who don't see or hear the Book Dhikree are the disbelievers in Hell as explained in verse 18: 101. It is told in verse 17: 72 that whoever is blind towards Ahdikr in this world, he will be blinder in the Hereafter and the most strayed. The Fujjar who turned deaf and blind towards Adhikr will be dragged prone on their faces into Hell, they are in the worst place and are the most strayed as explained in verses 17: 97-98 and 25: 34.
The one in a thousand who becomes a believer by testifying Adhikr as the Mercy and Bounty are the only grateful as explained in verse 10: 57. See explanation 2: 23-24, 152, and 4: 82.
